Discovery Session:

To decide if health coaching is right for you, I invite you to schedule a free initial consultation with me. The Discovery Session ranges anywhere from 20-30 minutes and is designed to get some basic information and to discover what your main concerns are. It’s also a good time to determine if we are a good fit for each other!:)

Private 1:1 Coaching:

These packages will take you on a journey to break-up with dieting, learn how to nourish yourself with real food, and bring mindfulness into your life! Who doesn’t want that?

Each package includes:

Two 50-60 minute appointments each month (every two weeks) for the duration of your package. These can be face-to-face*, or via SKYPE                          *local to Alpharetta, GA area

1) One of the following:  Pantry makeover or grocery store tour

2) Access to my monthly newsletter with the latest health tips and recipes

3) A comprehensive health history evaluation which will determine your personal plan of action

4) Unlimited email support between sessions

5) My personal commitment to your health and success

6) Simple healthy recipes

7) Handouts tailored to your specific needs

8) Top level accountability and coaching

9) Each session you will leave with simple homework assignments to support small, but lasting, changes
