Workshops are a great first step to cultivating an atmosphere and to improving productivity in the workplace. Corporate wellness workshops are carefully designed to support and encourage a holistic approach to employee well-being. Educating your employees about healthy food and lifestyle choices, stress reduction, and eating for sustained energy will create an organizational culture of health, increase productivity, reduce healthcare costs, and ensure a healthier bottom line for your business.

Employee Health and Wellness Workshops 

As a Certified Health Coach, I will facilitate an on-site health and wellness workshop that will educate your employees on simple, but powerful changes that will motivate individuals to create healthier lives. Participants will receive valuable handouts that will encourage implementation long after the workshop is over.

My mission is to improve the physical and financial health of your company through non-conventional education about food and health.  I will instill knowledge, while providing inspiration, so your employees will be empowered to make permanent and powerful lifestyle changes.  I will encourage interested employees, while motivating them to make choices that benefit and nourish their bodies.

Workshops are one hour in length and may be presented at multiple times to allow for the varying schedules of your employees (multiple sessions are priced at a discounted rate based on the number of attendees per workshop). A small group format of 25 to 30 participants is recommended per workshop session.
