My Approach To Health Coaching
At Xtreme Health and Wellness, we DON’T DO “DIETS”!!! WE DO LIFESTYLE!!!
As a health coach, I help you work with your unique body and take into consideration how everything in your life affects your health and wellness.
My approach is effective in creating positive changes that last.
I don’t believe in Band-Aid solutions.
As a health coach:
*I create customized plans for my clients based on their individual circumstances, lifestyle habits, and other needs (bio-individuality)
*My approach is client-driven, instead of a one-size-fits-all plan based on a cookie-cutter approach
*I approach nutrition as “whole” foods, instead of compartmentalizing food into individual nutrients such as calories, carbs, proteins, fats etc.
*In my one-on-one health coaching programs, I work with my clients over several months with sessions that last anywhere from 50-60 minutes. I am with you every step of the way! We will look at lifestyle choices and work on changing habits, resulting in changes that last.
*Instead of treating the symptoms, I will work with you to get to the underlying causes of specific health concerns.
*I help my clients cultivate the awareness to improve all areas of their lives, which aids the body in healing itself!
*Your food choices are a big factor to consider, but what I call primary foods (such as career, spirituality, relationships, and exercise) play a direct role in your OVERALL well-being, and therefore must be considered. I help my clients cultivate the awareness to improve all areas of their lives, which aids the body in healing itself!
*Instead of forcing my clients to stick to some “plan” which does not work for them, I first listen to my clients’ needs and concerns, then work with them to get through blocks or resistance, making any behavioral changes they make stick.
